Services for Ronnie Hickey, 64, of Hedley, TX will be at 2:00 p.m. Friday, June 15, 2007 at the Red Marble Ministries Church in Memphis, TX with Rev. Dale Miller, officiating. Burial will be in Rowe Cemetery in Hedley, TX under the direction of Hughs Funeral Home of Memphis, TX. Mr. Hickey passed away Tuesday, June 12, 2007 in Hedley, TX. He was born on April 14, 1943 in El Paso, TX to the late Mr. Elvin Hickey and Mrs. Vera DeBord Hickey. He attended grammar school at Hacienda Heights in El Paso, TX and was a graduate of Bel Air High School in El Paso, TX. He moved to Hedley, TX in 1993 from Los Angeles, CA. He married Terry Willingham on September 26, 1998 in Hedley, TX. Ronnie is retired from General Motors. He was a member of the United Auto Workers Union. He is survived by his wife Terry Hickey of Hedley, TX; one son, Craig Walter Hickey of Seattle, WA; two daughters, Mischel Yosick and husband Terry of Seattle, WA; Diane Walker and husband Greg of Orange County, CA; one brother, Dr. Carroll Hickey of Arlington, TX; one sister, Lonita Howard of Hedley, TX; three grandchildren, Brandon Gaylord of Seattle, WA; Travis Walker and Taylor Walker both of Orange County, CA; by the mother of his children, Sherry Manley of Estelline, TX and a host of extended family of nieces, nephews, cousins and countless friends.
