Services for Eula Booth, 88, of Memphis, TX will be at 2:00 PM Thursday, July 5, 2007 at the Assembly of God Church in Memphis, TX, with Rev. Mike Davis, officiating and Rev. Calvin Burrow, assisting. Burial will be in Fairview Cemetery under the direction of Hughs Funeral Home in Memphis, Texas. Mrs. Booth died on Friday, June 29, 2007 in Memphis, TX. Eula was born on May 15, 1919 in Peerless, TX to the late Mr. Elijah Stevens and Mrs. Josephine Carroll Stevens. She attended schools in Peerless, TX. She married Bob Booth on March 10, 1939 in Commerce, TX. He preceded her in death on January 21, 1999. They moved to Memphis, TX in 1939 from Commerce, TX. Eula cleaned houses for a living and was a homemaker. She was preceded in death by one son, Kenneth Booth, one daughter, Laverne Booth, a son-in-law, John Middleton, eleven brothers and sisters, four grandchildren and three great-grandchildren. She is survived by four sons, Don Booth and wife Dorothy of Childress, TX; Bobby Booth and wife Barbara and Jimmy Booth and wife Ann all of Memphis, TX; Alan Booth and wife Sandy of Amarillo, TX; one daughter, Mary Middleton of Memphis, TX; 15 grandchildren, 31 great-grandchildren and 6 great-great-grandchildren.
