Services for Claudia Cardenas, 30, of Canadian, TX will be at 10:30 a.m. Saturday, September 15, 2012 at the Spanish Revival Center with Rev. Ramon Enriquez, officiating and Rev. Abel Hernandez, assisting. Burial will be in Edith Ford Memorial Cemetery under the direction of Hughs Funeral Home of Canadian, TX. Claudia passed away Monday, September 10, 2012 in Lubbock, TX. Claudia was born April 20, 1982 in Ciudad Acuña, Coahuila, Mexico to Mr. Carlos Diaz and Julia Watanave-Aguirre. She married Juan Cardenas on July 31, 1999 in Acuña, Coahuila, Mexico. She moved to Canadian in 2008 from Fort Worth, TX. She was a member of the Spanish Revival Center and was a homemaker. She is survived by her husband, Juan Cardenas of Canadian, TX; two sons, Javier Cardenas Jr. and Emmanuel Cardenas both of Canadian, TX; one daughter, Whendy Cardenas of Canadian, TX; three sisters, Karla, Karina and Kasandra Diaz all of Acuña, Mexico.
