Cremation is under the direction of Hughs Funeral Home of Canadian, TX. Jeffrey passed away Saturday, September 15, 2012 in Amarillo, TX. Jeffrey was born December 2, 1966 in Sherman, TX to Mr. Jerry D. Collier and the late Mrs. Judy (Brown) Screws. Jeffrey worked as a pumper in the oilfield. He is survived by his life partner, Jeanette Collier of Canadian, TX; his father, Jerry D. Collier and wife Freda of Canadian, TX; his brother, Scott Collier and wife Becky of Canadian, TX; three sisters, Julie Ellingson of Higgins, TX; Laura Westbrook of Canadian, TX; Serena Robinson of Glen Dale, WV.
