Richard West, 47, of Canadian, TX passed away on Monday, December 17, 2007 no services are scheduled. Cremation is under the direction of Hughs Funeral Home of Canadian, TX. He was born on January 9, 1960 in Kid Monday, IL to the late Mr. Donald West and Mrs. Viola Dickson West. He attended school in Woodland Park, CO. He moved to Canadian, TX in 1995 from Hayes, KS. He worked for West Texas Gas as a service tech. He is survived by four sons; Tyler West and Derick West both of Eureka, CA; Seth West of Tamassee, SC; Skyler West of Canadian, TX; one daughter, Krystal West of Montgomery, AL; one brother, Donnie West, Woodland, CO; two sisters, Patty Ritchie of Woodland Park, CO; Leiana Jamison of Quinter, KS.
