Charlene Adcock

Graveside services for Charlene Adcock, 85, of Canadian, TX will be at 10:30 a.m. Monday, October 12, 2015 at Edith Ford Memorial Cemetery with Donald Hill, officiating. Burial will follow under the direction of Hughs Funeral Home of Canadian, TX. Charlene passed away Thursday, October 8, 2015. Charlene was born May 24, 1930 in Gage, OK to the late Mr. Delbert Harper and Mrs. Lois (Derrick) Harper. She attended school in Canadian. She married William H. Adcock on January 9, 1949 in Wellington, TX. He preceded her in death on April 20, 2010. She worked as a nursing aid at the Edward Abraham Memorial Home for 8 years. She is survived by two sons; Bobby Adcock and wife Patti of Dime Box, TX; Rod Adcock and wife Michelle of Canadian, TX; two daughters, Ricki Praeger and Jaquita Adcock both of Canadian, TX; 9 grandchildren and 9 great-grandchildren.
