Kenneth "Red" Rogers

Graveside services for Mr. Kenneth “Red” Rogers, 75, of Memphis, TX, will be at 2:00 PM Tuesday, March 31, 2009 at Fairview Cemetery with Rev. Robert G. Blum, officiating. Interment will follow under the direction of Hughs Funeral Home in Memphis, Texas. Mr. Rogers passed away Saturday, March 28, 2009 in Childress, TX. He was born July 3, 1933 in Erick, OK to the late Mr. Albert Rogers and Mrs. Ruby (Eubanks) Rogers. He attended school in Erick, OK. He moved to Memphis, TX in the early 1950’s from Childress, TX. He was a Veteran of the United States Air Force. Red worked at the Memphis Compress for a number of years. He was preceded in death by one daughter, Patricia Rogers, his step mother, Jackie Rogers and one brother, Edward Rogers. He is survived by one daughter, Paulette Rogers of Arkansas; one brother, Leon Rogers of Dallas, TX; one sister, Louise Bray of Amarillo, TX and several nieces and nephews.
