Services for Richard Kiker, 75, of Allison, TX will be at 3:00 p.m. Thursday, March 31, 2016 at the Allison School in Allison, TX with Bret Begert, officiating and Rev. Matt Gary, assisting. Burial will follow in Zybach Cemetery under the direction of Hughs Funeral Home of Canadian, TX. Richard passed away Monday, March 28, 2016 in Wheeler, TX. Richard was born February 20, 1941 in Shattuck, OK to the late Mr. Lee Kiker and Mrs. Winnie (George) Kiker. He was a 1959 graduate of Allison High School. He attended Frank Phillips College and graduated from Texas Christian University with a degree in Ranch Management. He married Carol Nachlinger on October 16, 1965 in Pampa, TX. Richard was a rancher and a member of the First United Methodist Church in Allison where he held many offices. He was a past school board member in Allison. He is survived by his wife, Carol Kiker of Allison, TX; his son, Richie Kiker and wife Twanna of Allison, TX; his daughter, Kimberly Payne and husband Max of Pampa, TX; four grandchildren, Matt Kiker of Shamrock, TX; Kyler Payne of Pampa, TX; Kaylynn Kiker of Allison, TX; Korbin Payne of Pampa, TX. The family suggests memorials to the First United Methodist Church, 206 West 1st St., Allison, TX 79003.
