Rosary services for Mr. Jesse Garcia, 69, of Memphis, TX will be at 7:00 p.m. Sunday, June 28, 2009 at Hughs Funeral Home Memorial Chapel. Mass will be at 2:00 p.m. Monday, June 29, 2009 at Sacred Heart Catholic Church with Father Gregory Bunyan, officiating. Burial will be in Fairview Cemetery under the direction of Hughs Funeral Home in Memphis, Texas. Mr. Garcia passed away Thursday, June 25, 2009 in Memphis, TX. Jesse was born June 11, 1940 in McAllen, TX to the late Mr. Jose Garcia and Mrs. Bacilie (Telles) Garcia. He married Francis Lopez on February 28, 1991 in Memphis, TX. He worked as a farm labor and was a member of the Sacred Heart Catholic Church. He moved to Memphis, TX in 1991 from Wellington, TX. He was preceded in death by one brother, Antonio Garcia. He is survived by his wife, Francis Garcia of Memphis, TX; three sons, Jesus Garcia Jr. of Del Rio, TX; Jorge Belares of San Antonio, TX; Rudy Garcia of Altus, OK; five daughters, Angie Foster of Abilene, TX; Lupe Davis of California; Bacilie Chase of Shamrock, TX; Norma Garcia of Altus, OK; Rhonda Granadoz of Shamrock, TX; two step sons, Juan and Adam Lopez both of Memphis, TX; one step daughter, Eva Villanueva of Memphis, TX; five sisters, Maria Hinojosa, Dalia Hernandez, Angelica Gonzales, Mela Hinojosa and Elida Garcia, 32 grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren.
