Jennifer Marie Gonzales

Jennifer Marie Gonzales, 45, of Canadian, died April 20, 2017 in Amarillo. Memorial services will be 1:00 PM Saturday, April 22, 2017, at Carmichael-Whatley Colonial Chapel in Pampa, with Pastor Paul Nachtigall, pastor of Highland Baptist Church of Pampa, officiating. Cremation and arrangements are under the direction of Carmichael-Whatley Funeral Directors. Ms. Gonzalez was born September 27, 1971 in Tulsa, Oklahoma. She was a graduate of Nimitz High School in Houston. She moved to Pampa in 2011, and later moved to Canadian in 2015. Jennifer was an avid animal lover, and loved spending time with her boys. She was known for her wit, very kind heart and beautiful smile. The family wishes to extend a special thanks to the staff at Edward Abraham Memorial Nursing Home in Canadian for their love and care of Jennifer. Survivors include a son, Nathaniel Gonzales of Pampa; her mother, Linda Lane and husband Kent of Clinton, Missouri; three brothers, Jonathan Fast and wife Rachel of Monument, Colorado, Justin Fast and wife Cynthia of Houston, and Jerrod Fast and wife Elizabeth of Norwood, Colorado; two sisters, Alicia Wood of Childress, and Meagan Wood of Houston; four stepsisters, Tiffany Qualls and husband Richard of Pampa, Talyia Wells and husband T. J. of Amarillo, Tabitha Sharp and husband Joel of Pampa, and Kimberly Leech and husband Chris of Owasso, Oklahoma; her grandfathers, Murlin Wood and wife Peggie of Troup, and Bill Gilmore of Tulsa, Oklahoma; and numerous nieces and nephews. Jennifer was preceded in death by a son, Trevor Gonzales in 2015; her father, John Fast; and her grandparents, Ruby Gilmore, and Arthur and Verna Fast.
