Carolyn Lee Lauer

Carolyn worked in the medical field. She was an adoring Mother, Grandma and GiGi. She dearly loved and enjoyed her family, traveling, cooking & serving her church with her gift of hospitality & love for the Lord.

Carolyn is survived by daughter Amy (Ronnie) Schafer of Texas, daughter-in-law Stephanie Bibler of Indiana; 7 grandchildren: Chelsea (Sean) McCloskey, Megan (Treston) Fisher, Jacob, Hannah, Grace, Cashton & Tessa Bibler; 4 great grandchildren: Maeve & Beau McCloskey and Nellie Jo & Hazel Fisher.

She also leaves behind sisters, Lois Garthwaite and Elda Jones, brothers: Emil Bundy and Hiram Jr. Bundy and many nieces & nephews.

She was proceeded in death by her husband Tom Lauer, son’s Scott & Chad Bibler; her parents, sisters, Cleo Saldutte, Jean Christian, Dora Mae Dodd & Donna Hallstrom, brothers, Kenneth Bundy & Lyle Bundy.

Funeral service will be 12:00 pm Tuesday, January 16, 2024 at D.O. McComb and Sons Maplewood Park Funeral Home 4017 Maplecrest Road Fort Wayne, IN. with visitation 2 hours prior.
