Chris Beach

Canadian, Texas

Chris Beach, 47, of Canadian, passed away on August 19, 2026 in Canadian, Texas.

Services will be 11:00 AM Tuesday, August 25, 2026 at The River Ministries with Pastor Donald Hill officiating. Cremation will follow the service. Arrangements are under the direction of Carmichael-Whatley Funeral Directors of Canadian.

Chris was born on July 26, 1979, in West Monroe, Louisiana. He graduated from Tascosa High School in 1998 and was especially proud to be the first person in his family to graduate from high school. While attending school, Chris worked for his parents’ roofing company, J K Roofing, until the business closed. He later worked for several years refinishing hardwood floors.

In 2000, Chris went to work at IHOP in Amarillo, where he met the love of his life, Tiffany. She happened to be his supervisor, but their working relationship soon turned into something much more. Chris and Tiffany fell in love and were married on July 3, 2004. Following their marriage, they made their home in Canadian.

Chris had an incredible work ethic and took great pride in providing for his family. Over the years, he worked as a carpenter for Kevin Smithee, as an animal control officer for the City of Canadian, and at Jahnel Farms before beginning a long career in the oil and gas industry. Chris started at Eagle Rock Plant as an operator and eventually became an emissions technician for DCP and worked for several other companies as a mechanic. Chris worked for NOVA before accepting his most recent position with AXIP/Service Compression in Carlsbad, New Mexico. Chris was an outstanding mechanic who could seemingly fix just about anything. His hard work and abilities were recognized when he was recently promoted to lead technician, an accomplishment of which he was very proud.

Chris and Tiffany attended River Ministries Church. Above everything else in his life, Chris loved his family. He was a devoted husband, loving father, and caring son who worked hard to make sure those he loved were taken care of. Chris was also the kind of man who was always willing to lend a hand to someone in need. If there was something he could do to help, he was there.

When he wasn't working, Chris enjoyed spending time outdoors. He loved fishing, hunting, taking his family camping, and riding his motorcycle. He also enjoyed playing a good match of Call of Duty with his family and friends and especially his brother, Michael. Some of his favorite times were simply gathering with family and friends for cookouts. Proud of his Louisiana roots, Chris especially enjoyed cooking Cajun food and sharing it with the people he loved. Whether he was fixing something, cooking a meal, helping a friend, or spending time with his family, Chris put his whole heart into the things and people that mattered most to him.

He is survived by his wife, Tiffany of the home; two daughters, Cescilly Beach and Alyssa Beach both of Canadian; parents, Barbara and John Kisselburg of Comfort; two sisters, Melissa Scoville and partner Ruben Lazano and Ruby Rees both of Bandera; brother, Michael Wilson and wife Annabel of Boerne; half-sister, Susan Stout and husband Tim of Michigan; two half-brothers, Dennis Beach, Jr. and Steve Beach and wife Angela all of Michigan; and his in-laws, Connie and Larry Franks of Canadian; brother-in-law, Joe Franks of Canadian; and numerous nieces and nephews.
