Frank Dean Briggs

Frank Dean Briggs 71, of Arlington formally of Canadian passed away May 13, 2024, in Arlington.

Memorial Graveside services will be 11:00 am, June 29, 2024, at Edith Ford Memorial Cemetery in Canadian with Pastor Barry Hosford officiating.

Frank was born January 12, 1953, in Canadian to Naomi and Clarence Briggs.  He grew up in the Canadian area and attended Canadian schools.  Frank married Teresa Lingg in August of 1970, they had 2 sons, Chris & Kirk.   Frank was a talented artist, drawing and painting, he enjoyed creating.  He was a “Jack” with many trades from carpentry to the oil field, a favorite was fishing.

Frank was preceded in death by his parents, Clarence and Naomi Briggs; and 4 brothers, John Briggs, Richard Briggs, Danny Briggs and Ronald Briggs.

Survivors include his sons, Chris Briggs of Arlington, and Kirk Briggs of Bremerton, WA; 2 brothers, Tony Briggs of Canadian and Jim Briggs of SanAntonio; 2 granddaughters, Miranda Stringfellow and Halee Briggs both of White Settlement; and 3 great grandchildren, Haylen Joe Stringfellow, Allyson Mackenzee Stringfellow, and Madilyn Bell Stringfellow.
