Coby Galla

Coby Galla, 44, of Stratford passed away October 3, 2022, in Sulphur, Oklahoma.

Memorial services will be 11:00 am, Monday, October 10, 2022, at the Canadian Church of Christ with Jake Perkins, pastor, and Steve Beattie of Dumas, officiating.  Arrangements are under the direction of Carmichael-Whatley Funeral Directors of Canadian.

Jerrad Coby Galla was born March 22, 1978 in Dumas to Mike and Luann Galla.  He attended Stratford schools and graduated from Stratford High School.  Coby was a diehard sports lover, coaching little league and other sports for his children.  He was the ultimate Pittsburgh Steelers fan, dressing the kids in full Steelers gear every Sunday.  Coby was married to Cheryl for 21 years, blessing them with 4 children.

Coby was preceded in death by his mom, Luann; grandparents, Mom-mom and Dad-dad Turner, Granddaddy Jerry Sherrod and Mamaw & Roy Green.

Survivors include 3 sons, Braiden Galla of Seminole, Landon and Easton Galla both of Canadian; a daughter, Camryn Galla of Canadian; father, Mike Galla of Sayre, Oklahoma; brother, Shane Galla and wife Mandy of Hoisington, Kansas; 3 nephews, Rhen, Reece and Rogan Galla; 2 aunts, Pixie Stevens and Patti Stevens; cousins, Cristie and Casie; 4 bonus children, Bentley, Oakley, Sterling, Remington and their mother Brooke Pitts.
