Kelly Wilson

Kelly Wilson, 77, of Canadian, died June 30, 2017 in Canadian. A private family service will be held at a later date. Cremation and arrangements are under the direction of Carmichael-Whatley Funeral Directors of Canadian. Mr. Wilson was born November 10, 1939 in Canadian to Joseph Daniel and Ora Brooks Wilson. He was raised in the Canadian area, and was a 1958 graduate of Canadian High School. Kelly married Laura Lee Rhea on May 3, 1958 in Pampa. Survivors include his wife, Laura Lee Wilson of the home; a son, Kelley Rhea Wilson and wife Kim of Amarillo; a daughter, Jonilyn Hanes and husband Jesse of Canadian; multiple grandchildren and great-grandchildren; and a brother, Weldon Rhea Wilson and wife Pat of Canadian. He was preceded in death by a daughter, Tracili; his parents; and eight siblings.
