Sebastian Capetillo, 30, of Pampa and formerly of Canadian, passed away on August 14, 2021 in Pampa.
Services will be 10:00 AM Thursday, August 19, 2021 at Carmichael-Whatley Canadian Chapel with Pastor Jeremy Buck, pastor of Redeemer Pampa Church in Pampa, officiating. Cremation will follow the service under the direction of Carmichael-Whatley Funeral Directors of Canadian.
Sebastian was born September 2, 1990 in Prosser, Washington. His family moved to Canadian in 2006 and he graduated from Canadian High School in 2009. After high school he moved to Portland, Oregon to attend ITT School, he achieved his associates degree in graphic design. Sebastian returned to Canadian in 2012. He later began a career with TDCJ as a correctional officer and worked at the Jordan Unit in Pampa for 5 years. Sebastian attended Redeemer Pampa Church. He was a gamer and had an outgoing, loving personality and loved the Dallas Cowboys. His 3 kids were his life and he loved them dearly.
Sebastian was preceded in death by his grandparents; Antonio and Virginia Capetillo.
Survivors include his mother, Alicia Capetillo of Canadian; 3 children, Daneli Capetillo and Theo Capetillo both of Canadian and Natalya Capetillo of Pampa; 3 uncles, Edward Capetillo, Antonio Capetillo, and Rodolpho Sias all of Canadian; 4 aunts, Maria Sanchez and husband Canuto, Rose Ochoa and husband Eddie all of Canadian, Suzie Bingham and husband Lyle of Gresham, OR, and Olga Martinez of Snyder; numerous cousins which include Jillyan Pearson, Minne Sanchez, Gustavo Sanchez, and Christy Ochoa.
