Stanley Wayne Lankford was born August 5, 1952, in Norman, Oklahoma to Harold & Stella Lankford. Stanley was a lifelong resident of Canadian. He married Elizabeth Trujillo on March 24, 1979, in Roswell, New Mexico. Prior to becoming chronically ill, Stanley was a roughneck in the oilfield.
